Those preferred partners who support us in other co-op marketing opportunities as listed below have priority in date selection for the next calendar year. We ask that all Lunch N Learn supplier partner participates provide a prize at the end of their session of any value.

Our team of professional  travel entrepreneurs meet in person regularly to connect over dinner with our valued travel partners and with one another. This intimate and friendly networking event is open to a small number of travel supplier partners.  The opportunities are as follows:

Each year at the end of May/beginning of June,  our team travels to destination for a 3-day executive development event followed by a 4-day optional post-FAM. We are always looking for destinations, hosted hotels, transportation provider, excursion options and a volunteer activity providers to assist us in making this event a great success of learning and discovering. This annual event is hosted for top producers at Boutique Travel Services and is also available to those who want to excel to be as such, and their plus ones. This executive leadership retreat FAM  provides a more relaxed and immersive experience of the product with some motivational business coaching sessions to further enhance their travel businesses and reach their future goals.

This celebratory event takes place in Alberta and Ontario each year at the end of the year. It includes a partner trade-show, banquet-style served dinner with drinks, presentations, swag giveaways, prizes and post music and dancing!

We invite preferred partners that specialize in group travel to participate in this exclusive consumer event which takes place in February/March of each year in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton. The pre-qualified attendees are group travel planners, MICE coordinators, and business owners and managers. The format is trade-show style with intimate presentation break-outs.

One of our top brands, Romantic Planet Vacations, has been serving destination weddings and honeymoon travel for over 20 years. They are the hosts of the famous Romance Travel Show, a nationwide consumer event for newly engaged couples which takes place every February/March in the cities of Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto and Hamilton. Bring your brand to the team of certified destination wedding group experts as well as to the pre-qualified couples who are planning their upcoming special events in worldwide destinations.
