It is in a semi-formal holiday season setting and includes a supplier partner trade-show, 3-course banquet-style served festive dinner and drinks followed by optional DJ and dance! In the spirit of the giving holiday season, this event has an emphasis on swag bags and prize draws as well as an annual fundraiser to contribute back to our community in which we serve.

What is the attire?: The theme of this event is “Champagne and Sugar Plums” Attire: Semi-formal; hues of purple, plum, light pink, gold & white.
How many attendees will be there? The anticipated number of attendees will be between 20-30 certified travel advisors in Red Deer and 50-60 certified travel advisors in Mississauga.
Is parking complimentary? Yes
As a sponsor, am I obligated to provide a gift or swag? Yes, for this particular event, is a requirement that all of our participating travel partners provide some sort of gift or swag for each attending travel advisor to coincide with our festive holiday theme. This could be a promotional product gift or other. These will be collected upon arrival in included in each “swag bag”.
As a sponsor, am I obligated to provide a door prize? In the festive holiday-giving spirit, a giveaway prize is greatly encouraged and can be anything from a bottle of wine, gift card, spa basket, loyalty points or trip giveaway.
Can I book a hotel stay? Yes, we have discounted group rates at both events. Red Deer Holiday Inn North Tel: 587-457-7829 (option zero) and mention block code BTS Group Rate: $159.99+taxes/night/room. Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale – Honors current rate $120.80 + tax = $144.69 (non honors rate is $128.35 + tax = $153.74) subject to change. Can sponsors bring a guest? Yes, one additional guest from the same sponsored supplier partner or other non-travel-industry related may attend but need to purchase an additional meal/drinks. The cost for the additional guest is at a discounted rate of $89 + tax. They MUST register below (for menu ordering) at least one week prior to the event. We cannot accommodate registrations within one week of the event.
*Guests from another travel supplier partner must register as a co-sponsor separately and cannot be a guest under an existing travel supplier partner.
Is there be a fundraiser option?  Yes, we are looking for non-perishable food bank donations for distribution to the local food bank. Any and all contributions will be greatly appreciated.
