Schedule of Events

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Booth Set-up
The doors to the venue will open at 4:30 PM. Please have your booth set-up prior to 5:30 PM.
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Supplier Trade-show
This will allow exhibitors the opportunity to meet certified travel advisors and the team at Boutique Travel Services face-to-face and in-person to discuss your product and services.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Dinner, Presentation and Optional Prizes
Dinner will be served banquet-style starting at 7 PM. There will be 5 minute supplier presentations in between each course to a maximum of 4 presentations.
BRONZE SPONSOR PACKAGE – C$500

The BRONZE  package gives you the opportunity to participate when on a tighter budget. It allows you to have face-to-face connection with the team at Boutique Travel Services including the management team and independent travel entrepreneurs and showcase your travel product and updates in preparation for a successful next year of sales.

The SILVER package gives you the opportunity to further network with the team to include not only exhibiting at the trade-show but also by adding some quality time “breaking bread” with the group over a served 3-course banquet-style dinner. Where permitted, we may  rotate supplier partner seats for an increase in networking capabilities throughout the course of the meal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why: This event is our opportunity to bring the team together, network, learn and connect in person per geographical location. Often they are following the Ensemble Skyline, Travel Marketplace or ACTA Summit day-time event.
What: The set-up includes a trade-show portion followed by a banquet-style served dinner with supplier partner presentations.
When: The BTS Team Dinner events take place in the Spring and Fall of each year. For the specific dates, please refer to the above.
Where: In most cases, the dinner venue will be in or near the Ensemble Skyline, Travel Marketplace or ACTA Summit day-time event venue in Toronto/Mississauga, Edmonton and Calgary.
What is the attire?: Business casual.
How many attendees will be there? The anticipated number of attendees will be 10 – 30 on average, depending on the location.
Is parking complimentary? Please refer to your confirmation email.
As a sponsor, am I obligated to provide a gift or swag? This is not required but highly recommended. You will have the opportunity to leave at each travel advisor’s place setting prior to the event or distribute at your booth.
As a sponsor, am I obligated to provide a door prize? Although not a requirement, a giveaway prize is greatly encouraged and can be anything from a bottle of wine, gift card, spa basket, loyalty points or trip giveaway.
What hotels are nearby? Please review your email of confirmation as this will detail recommended hotels nearby.
Can sponsors bring a guest? Not in this case. This event is for travel advisors, BTS team and preferred travel supplier partners only.
