BTS Compass Conference
Over the course of 2.5 days, you will have the opportunity to meet and engage with the team and showcase your product in an enlightening environment. All options include 3-nights accommodations, all-inclusive meals and drinks, a private welcome and themed bon voyage dinner, and a round-table product learning session. In addition, we are always looking for motivational speakers and talks on sales, customer services, and marketing strategies for travel entrepreneurs. We hope you can join us.

In addition to the all-inclusive hotel accommodations, welcome and farewell cocktail reception and dinner, logo inclusion on signage, a round-table session to connect with the advisors and showcase your product, and a team-building activity, you will also have the opportunity to present to the entire team during the conference for 30 minutes with a motivational topic that will not only inspire the team to book your product, but that will help them continue to grow and flourish at their travel businesses.

The GOLD conference sponsorship package takes the Silver level up. You will continue to have the opportunity to connect with the Boutique Travel Services’ team in an inspiring setting, allowing for deeper relationships and brand loyalty to grow. In addition to the all-inclusive hotel accommodations, welcome and farewell cocktail reception and dinner, logo inclusion on signage, a round-table session to connect with the advisors and showcase your product, team-building activity, and motivational talk for 30 minutes, you will also have the opportunity to exclusively host the second evening’s dinner and/or post-dinner event. Make this evening all your own. You have the option to host a private group dinner on or off property and/or the post-dinner experiential event. Imagine – a surprise drone performance in the sky with your message and logo! Or a discotheque buy-out equipped with live entertainment! Or a 3-hour dinner with presentation to a fully captive audience!
This opportunity is limited to a maximum of one travel supplier partner sponsor for dinner and one travel supplier partner sponsor for the post-dinner event (unless you request to co-op with another supplier partner).
As this is a fully customizable option, the price is subject to the venue, transportation and third party vendors costs. You can estimate costs starting at CAD$10,000 +. Please inquire for more details.
