What: The cost includes exhibitor space with 8′ x 6′ skirted table and chair.
When: These niche consumer events are held in February each year.
Where: Across Canada including Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto and sometimes Vancouver, Ottawa and Hamilton.
What is the attire?: Business casual.
How many attendees will be there? The anticipated number of attendees will be around 200-300 per event of pre-qualified engaged Canadian couples
Is parking complimentary? Please refer to your confirmation email.
Schedule of Events: Booth set-up opens at 11:30 AM. Exhibitor meeting at 12:30 PM. Trade-show and micro presentations; 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Event Conclusion/Tear-down: 3:30 PM (or continue on with our evening niche consumer event – The Romance Travel Show).
As an exhibitor, am I obligated to provide a door prize? Yes, for each event we ask for all exhibitors to provide a draw giveaway that will attract more attendees. This can be anything from a bottle of wine, gift card, gift basket, promotional products gifts, or free stay.
As an exhibitor, am I allowed to solicit the attendees? Boutique Travel Services is your retail travel agency partner in this event. Inviting you to participate in the Group Travel Expo has an expectation that you will direct all leads to book their travel through Boutique Travel Services. Direct solicitation from our travel supplier partners is not permitted.
What hotels are nearby? Please review your email of confirmation as this will detail recommended hotels nearby.
How many attendees are permitted per booth? A maximum of 2 exhibiting attendees are permitted per booth and must work for the same company. Booth sharing is not permitted but you may request booths to be beside each other.
What is the Romance Travel Show and why should I attend this event also? The Romance Travel Show is our evening consumer event that has been operating since 2010. It targets pre-qualified honeymoon and destination wedding niche markets, particularly newly engaged Canadian wedding couples and their accompanying friends and families. Extend your reach and stay for a couple extra hours. It’s the ideal opportunity to reach two different markets during the same day event!
